What we deliver

Commercial energy, done properly

Whether you want to cut daytime power costs, take the edge off peak demand or get off diesel, we’ll design around how your site actually uses energy.

Commercial solar PV

Rooftop and ground-mounted systems that put your daytime energy use on your own generation.

Battery storage & peak shaving

Commercial battery energy storage (BESS) to shift solar into the evening, trim peak demand and, with a backup-capable design, support selected critical loads during an outage.

Embedded networks

Shared solar and metering for apartments, commercial centres and multi-tenant sites, so the benefit reaches every tenant.

Off-grid & remote power

Standalone solar and battery systems for farms, lodges, mine sites and telecom, where the grid doesn’t reach or can’t be relied on.

Energy data & design

We start with your bills and interval data, then run detailed feasibility studies, a desktop study first and a site study where needed, and model your options before you commit.

Monitoring & maintenance

Performance monitoring, scheduled servicing and fault response under your service agreement.

Local partners across WA

The best of both worlds

National Renewable is the company doing the work. We bring the buying power and specialist expertise of a city base, together with an established network of local installation partners across WA. They help on projects and with after-sales maintenance, so you get faster response times and the work stays local.

We share the work with local electricians and make sure there is great after-sales service behind every project.

For example: on a recent commercial project, we worked with the client’s own local electrician. They carried out the upgrades the site needed while we delivered the solar and battery together. We avoided duplicating any scopes or work, and the client got the most efficient delivery.

Embedded networks

Share the solar across every tenant

In a multi-tenant building, rooftop solar usually only helps the common areas. An embedded network puts the whole site behind one connection, so solar and battery power can be shared with every apartment or tenancy and billed fairly. Subject to regulatory exemptions and approvals.

  • Apartments, mixed-use and commercial centres
  • Design, installation and metering

Off-grid & remote commercial power

Reliable power, a long way from the grid

Running a generator around the clock is expensive, noisy and one fuel delivery away from trouble. A properly designed solar and battery system can carry much of the load, depending on design and conditions, with the generator kept as backup.

  • Farms, stations and agricultural sites
  • Tourism lodges and remote accommodation
  • Mine sites and telecom infrastructure
  • Hybrid systems that work alongside your existing generator

How we work

A clear process, from data to commissioning

1

Energy review

Send us your bills and interval data. We look at when and how your site uses power.

2

Site assessment

We inspect your roof, switchboard and site constraints.

3

Design & proposal

A tailored design with options, costs, estimated outcomes and the assumptions behind them.

4

Approvals & install

We manage network applications and installation with minimal disruption to your business.

5

Monitor & maintain

Commissioning, handover, monitoring and scheduled maintenance. Our 5-year commercial workmanship warranty is extended by a further 5 years when an annual maintenance contract (AMC) is in place for the first 5 years.
