EV Charging

EV charging for homes and businesses

We design and install EV chargers across Perth and WA. Choose residential for your home or commercial for your site. No prices are published here, and we quote after an assessment.

Residential

Home EV charging

Home chargers, charged from your solar. Ask us about adding a charger when you install solar.

Home EV chargers

Residential
What it is
A charger installed at your home by our licensed electricians, on its own circuit, ready to charge your car overnight or whenever suits you.
What we check
Your switchboard and supply, where the charger will go, and the cable run. We explain any switchboard or network steps in your written quote.
Charger options
We recommend a charger to suit your car, switchboard and solar.
Price
Quoted after a home assessment.

Solar-matched charging

Best with solar
What it is
Charge your car with your own solar power instead of buying it from the grid. A solar-matched setup can aim to use surplus solar during the day, and a battery can help carry some of that into the evening.
Who it suits
Homes with solar, or adding solar and a battery at the same time as the charger.
How it works
The charger adjusts its charging to the solar power available, where the charger and inverter support it.
Paperwork
We manage the network application steps for your system as part of the quote.

How you pay: residential

Purchase
Purchase
Buy the charger outright.
With solar
Installing solar? Ask us about adding a charger when you install it.
Without solar
You can still buy a charger on its own.
Grants
Rebates for the solar and battery side of your project are on our Grants & Rebates page.

Commercial

Commercial EV charging

For workplaces, venues, fleets and shopping centres. Two ways to do it: you buy the chargers (capex) or drivers pay per session at the bay (bay-pay).

Workplaces

Charging for staff and visitors, and for company vehicles parked on site.

Venues

Charging for guests, members and customers while they visit.

Fleets

Depot charging for work vehicles, planned around your site’s power supply.

Shopping centres

Bays for shoppers, with a clear way for drivers to pay.

Capex: you buy and own the chargers

Commercial model A
What it is
Your business pays for the chargers and their installation and owns them. We design, supply and install the system.
Who it suits
Businesses that want to own their charging assets and control access and pricing: workplaces, venues, fleets and shopping centres.
Upfront cost
You fund the chargers, installation and any switchboard or network upgrades. Quoted after a site assessment.
Ongoing support
Warranty, maintenance and charge-point management options are set out in your written proposal.
Tax and grants
Ask your accountant whether a tax deduction applies. See the instant asset write-off on our Grants & Rebates page, and the mid-scale solar certificates if you add solar.

Bay-pay: drivers pay per session

Commercial model B
What it is
Drivers pay for each charging session at the bay. How it generally works: chargers are installed at the bays you choose, a driver starts a session and pays for what they use, and the payments are handled by the charging platform. Payment methods are set out in your written proposal.
Who it suits
Sites where visitors and customers charge, such as venues and shopping centres, and sites that don’t want to fund the chargers upfront.
Upfront cost
Any upfront cost to the site is set out in your written proposal.
Fees and revenue share
Fees, any revenue share and the contract term are set out in your written proposal.
Ownership and support
Ownership, maintenance and fault handling are set out in your written proposal.
