Information on this site is general and doesn’t take your circumstances into account. Estimates, examples and project results are not quotes. Your written quote sets out the price, inclusions and terms that apply to you.

Prices and incentives

Prices include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices, products and government incentives (including the Cheaper Home Batteries Program) can change. We’ll confirm what applies in writing before you commit.

Workmanship warranty

Residential installations: 10-year National Renewable workmanship warranty.

Commercial installations: 5-year National Renewable workmanship warranty. This is extended by a further 5 years (10 years in total) when an annual maintenance contract (AMC) with us is in place for the first 5 years after installation.

The workmanship warranty covers our installation work. Products are covered by their manufacturers’ warranties. Full warranty terms, conditions and exclusions are set out in your quote and handover documents.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our warranties are in addition to those rights.

Intellectual property

The content, photos and logo on this site belong to National Renewable or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them without our written consent.
