What we collect

Your name, phone number, email and postal address, property details, power bills and interval data you give us, details of the system we quote or install, records of our calls and emails with you, and website usage data from cookies and Google Analytics.

Why we collect it and how we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, install and support your system, and process certificate-based discounts (STCs) and network applications. If you opt in, we also use your details to send you news and offers, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we disclose it to

Our installers and contractors; STC agents and the Clean Energy Regulator; network operators (Western Power or Horizon Power); finance providers you choose to use; and service providers such as Zoho, Google, Microsoft 365 and Cloudflare.

Overseas disclosure

Our overseas team handles enquiries, CRM records and accounts, so they can access your information from outside Australia. Some of our service providers may also store data in Australia and overseas. We take reasonable steps to make sure overseas recipients handle your information in line with the APPs.
